Scan the QR. Enter the code.
That is the whole join: one printed QR per club, a 4-digit code for the table. No app, no account, no personal data.
Guests order from their phones: no app, no account. Every round gets upsold, every minimum enforces itself, and the whole night (POS, inventory, table management, payments, numbers) runs on one system.
A $3,150 round became $3,250 because the upsell asked. Nobody flagged a server.

Not a restaurant QR menu. Built for nightlife: minimums, VIP tiers, sparklers, a close-out flow, and a POS that keeps up at 1 a.m.
11:20 PMThe table spends
Minimums enforced to the cent, pairings suggested at the perfect moment, and the second round one tap away.
Add $1,550 more to reach this table's $2,000 first-order minimum.
Set a first-order minimum per table. Guests watch a live progress bar climb toward it, and the server re-verifies the real number at placement, so it can never be gamed.

Before an order sends, a sheet suggests what pairs with it: sparklers, mixers, water, even free-with-bottle rewards. Deterministic rules you control, not a black box.

Reorder refills the cart with the same round, re-checked against current prices and stock before it lands.

More rounds, bigger tabs, nothing missed.
The table's QR
Each club prints one static QR, the same code every night. Guests scan it, enter the table's 4-digit code, and they are on the menu. No app to install, no account to make.

Bottles, mixers, and extras in their own tabs, so mixers never hide behind a wall of spirits. Every bottle carries its price, and the running total never leaves the screen.
03 / 069:51 PM
The review sheet confirms every bottle before it sends. Nothing is charged here: your server confirms the final total, charged to the tab.

Pairings for what is already in the cart: a sparkler, mixers, a reward that rides free with the bottle. Rules you set, not a black box.
05 / 069:53 PM
The Custom Sign from that sheet folded into the same order. Nobody flagged a server, and the round grew by $100.

Guests scan the table's QR, enter its 4-digit code, and the menu is theirs. The server still delivers the bottle and settles the check; the phone just removes every wait and every missed upsell.

On the roadmap
One system today. The whole operation next.
12:40 AMThe floor
New orders land in the feed the second they are placed, check requests arrive with Accept and Reopen, and every table reads at a glance.

Map view places every table on your real floor plan, with its status and minimum spend on the node. One look says who is ordering, who is closing out, and where the VIPs sit.
The color language
Every node carries its minimum: $3,000 on the gold-tier booth.

Drag your real floor plan together in settings.
Tables come off a tray onto the plan: name, capacity, VIP tier.
Last call

Guests request the check. Ordering locks.
The menu becomes a read-only tab that says see your server.

Your team accepts it. Nobody orders into a closing tab.
The lock is enforced server-side, not politely suggested.
Settled and staying? Reopen ordering is one tap, and the lock lifts instantly.
Session codes
Change a table's code and leaked sessions are out. The party's history stays.
Menu editing
Names, prices, photos, and availability, edited live. Price changes never rewrite history.
Timezone-aware. DST-safe.
Nightly reset
Idle tables clear at your club's own rollover hour. Live parties are left alone.

01 / 05
Serving sizes priced on the tile, LOW and OUT badges right where the bartender looks, one search across every section.

A drink builds in seconds: tap the spirit, add components, Done seals it into the order. Double is a toggle, not a menu.
03 / 05
Specialty cocktails ring at their fixed price. Classics price themselves from their components.
$44.00 ready to charge
04 / 05
Charging starts a short undo window before the sale commits. Fat-finger insurance at 1 a.m.
05 / 05
Stock depletes per pour, the sale is recorded, popularity learns. The bar gets faster every night.

Inventory in the units a bar actually counts: bottles for spirits, kegs for draft, units for cans, with par levels and low flags on the row. Every adjustment lands in an append-only, audited ledger.

The morning after
Revenue, orders, and average order value over your club's own night, not calendar midnight. On top sits a box that turns a plain question into a measured answer and a chart.

A night runs rollover to rollover in your club's own timezone, so the 1 a.m. rush counts toward the night it belongs to.

The AI translates language into a validated, club-scoped query. It never writes SQL, never invents numbers, and never sees another club's data.
House rules
Menu, pricing, settings, and analytics ask for the club passcode on top of staff login. A floor phone left signed in exposes nothing.

Orders charge to the table's tab. Your server settles the check, like always. What changes is how much of that check the club keeps.
Payments
The same card-present flow your staff runs tonight, processed by U.S. Bank at a competitive rate. Nothing changes at the table except the economics.
